Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns. If any item does not fit or is too small, you are welcomed to keep the item or please donate it.

Approved refunds will automatically be processed as store credit. This help to reduce the costs of handling returns between the customer and the company. 

If you'd like to exchange anything, it is recommended to use your store credit to buy the color, size, etc., of the item you'd prefer.

The store credit can be used on anything online at Ellima Unlimited.
